You've accomplished so much over the last eleven years and have come so far. You've proved your strength and resilience time and time again to yourself and those around you. You are a wonderful, beautiful, awesome, person. You're creative, caring, loyal and brave. You are confident and more positive and powerful than you have ever been. I know that you sometimes surprise yourself with the new life that you have created. You are so much more now than you ever thought you could be and you have done things that you never thought that you could. The list is endless for all your wonderful qualities.

I miss the days of snail mail letter writing. I really do think we should make it a thing again. There’s nothing like finding a nice post (not bills or junk mail) on your doormat from the postman or postwoman. Why not write a handwritten letter to someone you love, someone you’ve not seen or spoken to in a while or send them a postcard from holiday as well.
