I'm a hugger. I love giving and receiving hugs. It helps to heal sickness, disease, loneliness, depression, anxiety and stress. Hugs in greeting a friend, family member, as a thank you, in celebration, in commiseration or just because.
I'm a tactile person so comfy clothes, snuggling under blankets when it's cold or when I'm feeling low or I'm ill are a must.
I have a really good friend who when we greet each other we have a hug, he's helped me out so much over the last few years. A hug whether given or received, can change your mind for the better and shift the trajectory of your day.
