Life!

I know 2020 was very difficult for everyone and I’m certainly not dismissing that.  I had a tough year just like everyone else.  I lost someone close to me from COVID-19, spent the first eleven weeks of the first UK lockdown completely alone and then went on to spend the majority of 2020 on my own.  I haven't seen any family since March 6 2020 and I went through more therapy for past trauma.

Part of the work I did last year was reframing my thoughts as I have a tendency to focus on the negative so I began being grateful for what I do have, choosing joy when I wake up and they, in turn, helped me to start looking for the good things that happened in my days.

I’m choosing to be happy and positive.  I’m focusing on the progress I made personally last year as I left 2020 a completely different person than I was when the year started.

I’m looking forward to seeing what amazing blessings 2021 brings me as it’s already started showing what personal growth it has in store for me.
