Update From Lockdown

We are heading officially into week five of the UK lockdown, but it's my week six as I had the week off work the week preceding it.  The new lockdown ends May 10th and that week the government under advise from the specialists studying the virus and its path etc. will assess if it needs to carry on any longer or what steps need to be taken.

I am trying to keep myself busy and occupied while I'm at home and some days as always are better than others.  I'm still being kind to myself; even more so as my mental health had dipped a few weeks ago.

Things that I have been doing while on lockdown;

Jigsaws.  This is an unfinished Christmas one I found in my porta puzzle from two Christmas' ago, so before I could start a new one, this one needed to be completed.

I have been on several walks, although not as many as I've liked, but at least I've managed to get out a couple of times most weeks of the UK lockdown.

I've also been doing some reading. The top book was lent to me by someone at church, the bible as I'm a new believer and The City is my Monastery book is what the church pastors used for the lent messages this year.

How are you all coping during the lockdown?

What things are keeping you busy and occupied?
