The Dating Game Part Two

A few weeks ago I was out for drinks with some of the peeps from work and one of my work buddies, asked to see one of my dating profiles.  He deleted some of the profile images so that there's only three now, filled out some of the questions on it and also changed a few of the 'about me' answers.

One day last week I'd maxed out the possible searches again so widened the age of guys I'm looking for.  I don't know if it was the change we'd done or the lowering of the age a bit, or both, but I seem to have had a lot more success with matches and responses this last few weeks!

Some guys are still unresponsive to messages or the conversation only goes on for a day and a few messages.  That's okay.  It's all practice for me to be chatting with guys and flirting with them.  It's about building my confidence and my conversation skills as well as my social skills in a possible romantic relationship when I do meet up with a guy to see if there's anything there in real life.  I prefer to meet up sooner rather than later so we both know if there's any point in continuing with the chats or not.

I am due to meet guy number two for a drink later today.  He's only free from 6.30 pm so as the coffee shops are shut we're meeting in a pub.  Meanwhile, I am also having good chats with another guy as well.  I'm not currently going on the site and swiping as I'd like to see what happens with either of these two guys first.

Some chats are more flirty than others and that's okay.  They don't all have to follow the same style and they wouldn't anyway as each guy is different.  It may very well take a while to meet someone with who I want a relationship with and I may very well not meet him online but organically in real life somewhere.

It's just a matter of taking each match a day at a time and seeing what if anything happens.
